Restaurant in Paris serving a cuisine with French and Brazilian flavours, desserts.
Favela Chic first inspires a party, but you can also eat there more than properly. The cuisine blends French and Brazilian flavours, with touches of exoticism from all over the world. The shrimp ceviche is a perfect example: shrimps, coconut milk, lemon juice, mint, tomato, cucumber, tabasco, coriander, olive oil, red onions, just like the duck breast, passion sauce, fried plantain bananas, roasted new potatoes, roasted onions. As for dessert, there's the pineapple carpaccio and its passion mango coulis. The restaurant then transforms into a dance floor and it's gone for a crazy night. Think of booking all the same, seats are expensive here, especially on weekends.
