The shrimp ceviche is a perfect example: shrimps, coconut milk, lemon juice, mint, tomato, cucumber, tabasco, coriander, olive oil, red onions, just like the duck breast, passion sauce, fried plantain bananas, roasted new potatoes, roasted onions.
