A barbecue restaurant if ever there was one, Melt is the kingdom of carnivores, with a very specific niche: barbecue made like in Texas. In concrete terms, the cooking is long (but anticipated before your arrival, rest assured!) and is done exclusively over a wood fire, in a dedicated oven. "Brisket", "Pulled Pork", "Smoked Chicken" are some of the suggestions, with sometimes surprising accompaniments (we'll let you be surprised). We'll come here with friends rather than as a couple, the place being very lively, it's not the most romantic
