A barbecue restaurant if ever there was one, Melt is the kingdom of carnivores, with a very specific niche: barbecue made like in Texas. In concrete terms, the cooking is long (but anticipated before your arrival, rest assured!) and is done exclusively over a wood fire, in a dedicated oven. "Brisket", "Pulled Pork", "Smoked Chicken" are some of the suggestions, with sometimes surprising accompaniments (we'll let you be surprised). We'll come here with friends rather than as a couple, the place being very lively, it's not the most romantic

Ça change de l'ordinaire. Les plats restent abordables et le service est plutôt efficace.
Quelle erreur.
1. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas
2. Il doit y avoir pour 40 euros 400g de viandes (trop sèche ou sauce pas terrible)
3. J’ai u doute si ce n’est pas surgelé
