A great Vietnamese restaurant just the way we like it! Come for coffee, lunch or an evening aperitif. Madame's bo bun is a must, whether vegetarian or not: copiously garnished with fresh produce, it can be eaten in or taken away. What makes it different: everything is homemade and the thin rice vermicelli is replaced by triangles of rice paste... As for the sauce, contained in a large jar on the counter, it's a little secret: the recipe comes from the grandmother of Sophie, the owner.

C'est bon, c'est frais et on peut choisir la taille, normal ou grand (pr le grand il faut avoir trèèèès faim, cf la photo du format normal).
On n'aurait pas craché sur un peu plus de sauce. Pareil pour le cheesecake en dessert, super bon mais un peu sec... Avec un petit coulis, il serait juste parfait.
