Canteen in Paris serving pho soups, bo buns, a viet sandwich and other tasty dishes with fresh products.
In a long, dark and narrow corridor, this Eastern Parisian canteen has become an establishment where five rooms cater for everyone - including demanding Vietnamese - and guests of passing, happy to have met this expensive and high quality address. . soups and bo are not bad at all. Pho Ga soup is a perfect blend of soy, coriander, white pasta, herbs and chicken (which changes beef). If you're in a hurry there's the mi half, a dark sandwich with radish, carrots and piments. The other dishes, not so many are mind prepared with fresh products, which is necessarily one more. Even soya milk is made home… The service is fast, the light addition but the noise….
