Nice little Parisian bistro style restaurant with a wide open kitchen and low prices.

On the way to Hanoi and Northern Vietnam, in this very nice little restaurant with its colonial style revisited in Parisian bistro way. The clientele is quite trendy. The cuisine is largely open onto the dining room from which attractive flavours come. Delicious specialities from the North: the traditional raviolis steamed with pork, the soups including the coral soup served with shrimps and glazed pork, the bo bun, chicken with caramel, large salads. As for the dessert, an excellent homemade chocolate fondant! The portions are huge and sold at cheap prices. Mido, Jean Phi and Hando, the three brothers who opened Paris-Hanoï also have another place called Little Hanoï, located at rue de Mont-Louis, on the Roquette heights where they give cuisine classes, where recipes are prepared and tasted. The restaurant does not take reservations and to take home soups, you should bring its container...

I confirm the other opinions: this restaurant is a victim of its own success, we went has 19:00, already full and there was world that waited outside! We therefore chose " with emporter". And salad Bo Bún is excellent. It is felt that the ingredients are fresh. You can see the kitchens and it is very clean. A flat which is not very important: they do not take the credit card!
good, brisk, not expensive, you can see the cuisine is done in front of us, a good place for mown and prepare to queue!
if you want eaten come very early!

indeed, you can book and this small restaurant is victim of a success that have it quickly.

the service is fast there, you can even the chef who active himself and his kitchen hand... an amazing team and very fast view the number of cover.

large more EC restaurant in addition to these delicious dish it is hygiene. When closing time both cook cleans cuisine in roof, it is rather impressive to see them climbed and scoured... in 10 minutes all is all!



the first Asian restaurant expensive step where the food is very good with a good balance of flavours and where hygiene is guaranteed!
