Julien et Franco vous accueillent à l'italienne dans cette petite échoppe, dans le 11ème arrondissement. Mozzarella di bufala comme à Naples, aussi goûteuse et onctueuse, mais produite à Paris, ici-même. Possible de participer à des ateliers : on y apprend tous les secrets de cette boule gourmande et on plonge les mains pour concocter sa propre mozza que l'on rapporte chez soi. A faire !
