New Neapolitan restaurant serving quality homemade products, a seasonal menu, pasta and pizza.

East Mamma is a new Neapolitan restaurant where the kitchen is completely open on the room. Customers attend all the preparations and the cooks, all of them on the head, are busy with a lot of agility. The chosen products are of quality and imported directly from Italy without intermediary, the card changes every month according to arrivals and seasons. Everything is homemade and coffee is roasted on the ground. Toscana pasta with sausage to the fennel, San Marzano tomatoes, pecorino and almonds are a killing. Pizza cooked in White wood White Regina with fresh mushrooms, Tuscan ham, mozzarella, thyme and fresh rosemary is pure delight. The pizza on the Nutella is at will, you read it well. It was a good idea to have a...... with a drop of…. Everything is fresh, perfumed, sparkling of flavours. The decoration entrusted to a designer is original with its industrial side.

A recommander.
