Big Mamma is a trattoria that serves high quality Italian products, imported directly from Italy without intermediary to prices there and not to Parisian prices. Everything is home to 100%, the coffee is even roasted locally as in Naples. Aux, a band of young people with beautiful references: Stella Di Viesto who taught them to make pasta, real, Ciro Cristiano formed in family kitchen, and his cousin Pasquale Giordano, the pizzaiolo that carries out fabulous pizzas. Among adjacent the King, a delicious green lemon crab, brittle fennel fennel fennel, apple, coriander had our own preference. A formula (1, 2 or 4 dishes) proposes to choose from Italian products. Everything makes sense. It was cracked for the duo: truffles and fennel made by a th century family Tuscan farm, and for a stracciatella melt fumée, it is just the creamy of the burrata tasted with the little spoon… If you like pasta, the choice is impossible but Toscana composed of sausage sausage, san tomatoes, pecorino, almonds is a delight.
