It's the excitement on rue Saint-Maur since this pizzeria opened its doors. At its head is Cyril, a restaurateur who is not in his early days and who has put all his experience at the service of this new establishment. Inside, guests can comfortably settle in a room with a modern and sophisticated setting, the décor - designed by the firm Llow architecte - is in tune with the times. Sitting on one of the blue benches of the house, you will have the pleasure of discovering an original card with funny names on it. Indeed, cocktails like pizzas have old French names, so why not enjoy a Marius or a Paulette? There are no "classics" on the menu, here we make homemade pizza, we even ferment the dough in the basement for more quality. As far as ingredients are concerned, all incoming products are checked and the deli meats are sliced in minutes. And on the plate you can smell it! The desserts are also a success. Take kiwi soup with white chocolate cream from Isigny for example, it is both fresh and delicious. Perfect to end on a pretty note an excellent meal.
