Restaurant in Paris offering draft beers, a meal elaborated with fresh and seasonal products, and good dishes.

The owners of La Fine Mousse tried to prove, by opening the restaurant, that dishes and beers agree as well (even better!) than with wine. A dozen beers and a beautiful cellar filled with bottles from around the world accompany a quality meal made only with fresh and seasonal produce. The menu is minimalist since it only offers 2 starters, 2 main dishes, and 2 desserts at a time, proposals that regularly change according to the desires of Chef Victor Leclerq. And it works great! To convince you of this, you can only go to the place to enjoy one of their beautiful plates. To finish the evening, the Fine Mousse Bar is located right across the street and offers 20 beers in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Nous avons voulu revenir au restaurant La Fine Mousse pour manger et apprécier le fameux menu plats + accord bières. La réservation faite, nous avons découvert sur place que ce menu n'existait plus et a été remplacé par des assiettes à partager, sans accord bière. En tant que clients fidèles depuis le début de La Fine Mousse, nous sommes partis ailleurs. Quelle mouche vous a piqué pour faire ce genre de changement ?! Les assiettes à partager sont à la mode partout et les endroits à en proposer ne manquent pas. Pourquoi remplacer l'originalité et l'authenticité de votre menu par quelque chose qu'on peut trouver ailleurs ? Le restaurant de La Fine Mousse est donc devenu un endroit comme un autre. Dommage, vous ne nous reverrez plus. Passez "bonjour" à celui qui a eu cette "excellente idée" (directeur financier?)...
