Beach hut offering seafood, a menu of various dishes and tapas, oysters, and meats.
For those who don't already know, Clamato is one of Bertrand Grébaut's gastronomic offspring, just a stone's throw from his award-winning elder Septime. This iodized restaurant sails between Saint-Jean-de-Luz, L'Ile-d'Yeu and Concarneau, sourcing ultra-fresh products from sustainable artisanal fishing. On the plate, thanks to the chef's talent, you'll find porcini mushrooms and abalone with hazelnut sage butter, or a ceviche of pollack and mandarin satsuma, among other delights. Oysters and seafood are also on the menu.

Difficile cela dit de trouver un plat quand on cumule beaucoup d'intolérances mais, la serveuse a été aux petits soins et la cuisine a fait très attention a la contamination croisée. Je n'ai pas été malade et c'était delicieux. Merci.
