EAST SIDE BURGERS
Organic-vegan-young address in Paris serving burgers with fresh and tasty ingredients, a vegan Sunday brunch.
East Side Burgers is a bio-vegan-young address, near Le Bataclan and La Bastille. A young and trendy neighbourhood, a little bit of bobo, a little bit of bohemian, which immediately made this new table a hit. A fast food restaurant with burgers to eat on the spot or to take away: there are beautiful bags made of ESB branded fabrics to make your burgers shopping. This establishment, which was co-founded by Teresa Moya and Stéphane Crino, puts rock-and-roll in organic while degreasing fast food: 216 kcal for a BSE burger compared to 511 kcal for a burger that is neither organic nor vegetarian. That's what I mean! The fresh and tasty ingredients are available in burgers of the day (oriental, forest, cheese, Basque), nuggets or hot dogs. Of course you will not have any beef, pork or chicken between your two round slices of bread, just tofu, seitan, soya, cereals, vegetables... Side dishes: fresh fries. To finish on a sweet note, the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies look a little Anglo-Saxon, as does the concept of this new way of eating fast and well, without complexes or bad conscience and even while indulging yourself. We also like the little pear and chocolate pies. To be tested, vegan Sunday brunch, when ESB has the good taste to be open. The most important thing: in all coherence, and as with the bosses, here we recycle all the waste.
