Canteen in Paris offering a varied menu, toasted bread and a quinoa-based salad.
Do you want a breakfast lunch? No problem. Mathieu and Stanislas competed in London's coffee shop. So the whole day in this canteen will be attable in the air of time: vegetable juice, gluten-free and handcrafted coffee. On the map: granola, toast, green vegetable with fresh goat, raw butter half-salt Beillevaire and toast grillé Thierry Breton or a Moconino, a toasté bread brioché topped with caramelized onions, shoots of spinach, fruity gouda, pesto parsley and nutmeg. The salad from quinoa is made of roasted chestnuts, fennel chestnuts, old mimolette and fresh thyme. It's easy to eat for cheap.
