Pourquoi proposer un menu burger + frites, si le burger arrive sans frites ?
Après vérification, au moment de sélectionner le menu, je dois obligatoirement choisir le burger. en regardant de plus près (évidemment après avoir reçu ma commande car je ne comprenais pas ) , il y a 1 case frites qui apparaît et disparaît d'office lorsque vous sélectionnez la cuisson de votre viande. A aucun moment les frites ne m'ont été proposées ! Elles devraient être obligatoirement rajoutées puisque il est inscrit menu burger + frites! J'ai donc naïvement payé 18.90 un menu juste pour un burger! C'est inadmissible !
Quant aux frites prises en dehors du menu.... BEARK! Froides, caoutchouteuses, vraiment déçus de PNY. La commande est arrivée froide, les sauces ont éclatés dans le sac, il y en avait partout..
On avait été habitués à mieux !
