On the 7th floor of a building, you'll find a magnificent rooftop with a 360° panoramic view of the capital: the Perchoir. This is the ideal setting for the Perchoir bar, where you can enjoy the cocktail of the day, a half-beer or snacks such as delicious tapas or mini-sandwiches, with DJ sets. Downstairs, in the restaurant, gourmets gather to dine in a slightly industrial setting. Here, the chef proposes a unique menu that changes according to the day's produce. Fresh, subtle and delicious.

J'ai testé ce bar avec des amies et nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre et la vue sur Paris. Néanmoins, nous avons dû attendre assez longtemps pour rentrer et de nouveau pour être servi au bar.

Au perchoir ils sont perchés :).
La terrasse est certes agréable est assez grande mais on ne voit "que" Montmartre parmi les incontournable de Paris. Par ailleurs accroché vous pour trouver une place... Mais ça à la limite on savait que l'endroit est prisé on aurait du favoriser une venue en semaine.
Les prix des cocktails sont élevés (15€) et les mélange pas toujours bien sentis...
Au resto on mange à l'aveugle des plats de saison. L'idée est bonne voir très bonne mais à 50€ le menu on aimerait des choses plus raffinés que des radis beurre ;)
