BALLS
Restaurant in Paris offering an international dish, more distinct specialties including a veggie and meats.
Even if the ball is an international dish (meatball in the USA, kefta in Turkey, albondiga in Spain, klopsiki in Poland, polpette in Italy, etc.), it has more or less disappeared from the dishes of the Parisian restaurants. Salomé and Jérémie have therefore been interested in this very glamorous product to revalue and modernize it. So they opened the first restaurant entirely dedicated to this little round thing. They come with a variation of six distinct recipes, including a veggies, quinoa and curcuma. Our favourites: "L'Agneau" (coriander, pine gables, cumin),the "Porc" (ricotta, spinach) and the "Spicy" (beef, chorizo and chili). Customers will be pleased to see that an attention is brought to the side dishes: risotto with watercress, creamy polenta, lentils, feta, courgettes…
