Restaurant with a bistro atmosphere and an open kitchen with small wonders.

Two sisters are in charge of this restaurant: Katia, having worked at Baratin and Mandarin in London, and Tatiana Levha, a former of Arpège and Astrance, partner of Bertrand Grébaut of Septime - what a references! They have set their sights on this area of Paris where everything happens. They have fully renovated the place, an old harbor district, and they made it a nice place with bistro atmosphere. Very favorite for the gold and mosaic black bar, the moulded ceiling and the open kitchen where you can see Tatiana and his team working with the realization of little marvels of the kind. Cuisine? Fine, fair, surprising because the chef appeals, inter alia, to its Filipino origins. For the aperitif, just simply marinated frest anchovies. As a starter, raw bonito, pepper and currants. All is said... The rest is just as beautiful with turbot, sabayon with lemon and yellow zucchini. We finish with a Paris Brest. In the dining room, Katia is very smiling and advises perfectly for the choice of the wines.

Carte classique
Carte des vins approximatives et méconnue des serveurs, avec comme justification : « ils ne sont pas sommeliers ».
Les appetizers, boudin noir correcte, les coques sont servi pour la plupart vides et beaucoup trop pimentées.
Cela a été indiqué à la serveuse, mais nous avons refusé une seconde assiette car beaucoup trop pimentées et donc sans intérêt.

Les entrées correctes, sans surprise.

Les plats, œuf mollet bah pas mollet plus mi-dur que mollet, problème de cuisson.
Le mi-cuit de thon, bah pas mi-cuit mais juste cuit donc déception.

Vin
Le premier, rouge : « Pensée sauvage » tannins trop présents et mal intégrés, retour à l’envoyeur.

Le second, blanc, vin bio demandé non pétillant et non perlant, loupé une nouvelle fois, vin perlant.
Méconnaissance de leur carte des vins et cépages.

Nous devions prendre un dessert, après ce repas nous nous abstenus.

Commentaires fait à la serveuse tout au long du repas, de manière cordiale et constructive.

Aucun geste commercial en retour même si non escompté.

Aucun au revoir au départ.

Verdict :
Incompréhension de voir cet établissement au Michelin.
Bar à touriste, sans saveur et sans intérêt.
Il y a bon nombre de restaurant ou bistro gastro bien cher et bien meilleur dans le 11e arrondissement.

Aucune explication de plat, pas une seule

Aucune écoute client hormis au moment de la note.

Au final 2 appetizers + 2 entrées + 2 plats + 2 cafés = 190€ environ

Passez votre chemin, les plats et le service sont loin de valoir ce tarif.

Dommage ce jour les stagiaires étaient en salle et en cuisine

Une chouette team emportée par les sisters Lehva, découvertes des zakouskis, tout est très bon, cuisine éthique et responsable. Et un très bon vin nature???? perfection

Le Servan provided an exquisite dining experience for my wife and me. From the moment we walked in, Florian, our waiter, set the tone with impeccable service and a charming smile that enhanced our evening. The ambiance was cozy yet sophisticated, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece. The fusion of flavors in every bite was a delight to the senses. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste truly showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs. Florian's attentive care throughout the meal made us feel like valued guests, enhancing our overall enjoyment. Le Servan exceeded our expectations in every way, making it a memorable dining experience we won't soon forget. We can't wait to return for another exceptional meal and to be greeted by Florian's infectious smile once again.

PS: the chilli peppers on the receipts are a cute touch.
