DUNE
Address in Paris offering a menu of dishes, vegetables, meats and desserts, lunch dishes à la carte.
Before you even look carefully into the menu, you will be seduced by the decor. Large bay windows light the room well, the tables and chairs of the old restaurant were recycled, clear wood stools invite us to perch at bar top height where we can eat and we adore the ceramics frescoe, a little naive, of Matthieu Cossé who takes us by the sea under the coconut trees. As for the cuisine, everything is done according to the arrivals and it is very inventive. Few dishes on the menu whether it is for lunch or dinner. The lunch menu is really a good deal with for example a pressed of breaded pig's trotter, vegetables pickles and salad as a starter. The cod fillet, salicornes, cucumber, green juice and fresh herbs would be perfect if they didn't ask for an extra of €2... Finally, a panna cotta with sorrel, strawberries gariguette and shortbread astonishes us. In the evening, the menu displays the lunch dishes and the novelties.
