Restaurant located in the 11th district offering a cuisine where imagination has its place.

Tannat, what does it mean to you? Oenologists will quickly answer that it is the Madiran grape variety, a wine rich in tannin… That said it is also the restaurant of Ariane Stern and Simon Auscher. In the kitchen, the young chef Olivier Lecorre (ex-La Tour d'Argent) claims to be a cuisine where imagination has all its place. The result? A potato waffle with salmon, a Scallop with potimarron and a banana equipped with canelé, salted butter caramel and bananas foster sorbet. The decoration is like the cuisine, both contemporary and original. Since January 2018, the team has opened a second address in the 11th arrondissement: Anna.

Une équipe très jeune et dynamique qui donne ton, l'ambiance est légère et détendue, mais le sérieux et le professionnalisme sont au rendez vous.
Les assiettes sont colorées, les assaisonnements précis et les cuissons maitrisées.
Un grand OUI, pour Tannat.
