NANA
Restaurant with a black, white and blue bistro decor offering organic and gluten-free dishes.
NaNa... with a similar name we suspect that there are girls and we are right. NaNa is Nathaly and Nadège with additional numbers three other girls very welcoming in the morning for a breakfast. The decor is that of a bistro in black, white and blue on the ground. Only organic dishes, gluten-free for some (quinoa, buckwheat, chickpeas and bread), seasonal ingredients from small producers purchased on the market, as ingredients for successful good food. And that's the case. The cuisine is tasty, inspired by some Asian touches, and the dishes are nicely prepared. On the carte: leek-vinaigrette and cajou, clams with lemon grass with pepper and ginger, chuck of beef in Thai way, matcha latte, octopus a la plancha, vacherin coconut and lemon-basil. The accompanying wines are in natural kind.
