Brasserie-café in Paris serving well-prepared dishes, burgers and bagels, bistronomic cuisine.
This brasserie-café, ideally located close to the canal Saint-Martin, has a large sunny terrace. The room is large enough and opens onto the outside through bay windows. The address is very frequented by young people, especially for the happy hour, but they also enjoy well-prepared dishes at very affordable prices. The cuisine is that of a good trendy bistro: sweetbread, very tender potatoes; fillet of bream and griddled shrimps, virgin sauce with chorizo and seasonal vegetables; beef tartare in Thai, tropézienne or traditional way... Salads, burgers and bagels are also on the program. As a dessert, excellent waffles and Bordier yoghurts, among others. Café Bonne Bière was cruelly touched by the attacks of November 13th, 2015. Some of its customers were killed, others seriously wounded, but the team reopened its doors on December 4th, 2015 after some work to erase the stigma of killing.
