Establishment in the city of La Roquette serving brasserie cuisine and signature dishes, brunch at weekends.
Mathieu Decruejouls and his wife Céline took over this establishment in the city of La Roquette at the beginning of 2017. He as a pure spalionese and former rugby player, she is used to holidays in Laguiole and a generous hostess, they have transformed this address into a lair in Aveyron, where their compatriots of 12 and football fans love to meet. In this vast brewery, where the decoration and layout make you want to take your time, this friendly and ambitious couple serves an excellent brasserie cuisine (salads, croques, bagels, tartars, waffles...) and some "signature" dishes including poached egg on Serrano ham chips and old rodez or the famous Aubrac pot-au-feu like grandma. At aperitif time, Café Divan draws the essential combination of oysters and white wine, and on weekends, it's brunch, always well done!
