At Ibis Paris-Bastille, on the first floor of the hotel, this concept of bar-restaurant is opened to everyone. Mixing New York spirit with French eco-design, "food and drink" restaurants (restaurant, cocktail bar and wine bar), everything is there. In a semi-vegetative and semi- "industrial" world: ubiquitous plant terracing, raw materials and hunted objects evoking the life of small trades in the neighborhood, visitors are welcomed in one of the four spaces of the place. The first one is a cocktail bar that offers quality creations, imagined by the bartender Romain de Saussure. Then, the wine bar L'Oenomaniac, where many events such as cooking shows or concerts are organized. Finally, the two restaurants, Le Fleuriste and Sous les étoiles, to taste delicious dishes in two different atmospheres. Beef cuts or cockerel, gratin of macaroni shells with truffle to complement with a fresh yogurt quinoa salad with mint and a dessert with lavender from the vegetable garden.
Because you don't have to look far to find what is on your plate or in the inventive cocktails, many ingredients come from a vegetable garden of 90 m² set on the roof of the hotel. You can also come to Le Fleuriste with your eyes closed for a warm brunch with your family. A sweet-salted buffet unanimously appreciated around grilled meat, scrambled eggs, pancakes and omelets made upon request, pancakes, meats and cheeses… hot drinks and fresh fruit juice! Conviviality and quality that deserve.... many stars.

Je suis venue plusieurs fois avant et après Covid et je trouve dommage que la formule et la cuisine aient changé (moins bon qu'avant et plus cher).
