MENUE
Restaurant where flavors are expressed in custom-made dishes in Paris.
Menue, the restaurateur of the ephemeral, inaugurated his first canteen in the 11 th arrondissement of Paris in January 2017. At his head, we find the smiling and inspired Adelaide Potherat. She wanted to create a small flexitarian canteen where she could give free lecture to his imagination. The result is electricizing and aesthetic, flavors are expressed in custom-made dishes, colors blend together and the artist has fun. It is a cuisine of passion, free and bold, far from the dark standards of the Parisian restoration. Saffron chicken, potibrown soup, burratina, waffles… A kitchen that does good for papillae, morals and wallets.
