Contemporary bistro-style address serving seasonal cuisine with a focus on French terroirs.
Sometimes we turn a little before we find this table and when finally we see the storyteller, we start licking the babines. Olivier Gaslain made it an essential table in the neighborhood with his seasonal cuisine that pays tribute to the French mirrors. It's generous, frank necklace, perfectly mastered and not crushed for a penny. All you have to do is look at the smile of its clients, who are in front of a slightly creamy lobster bisque, a Breton lobster salad with young vegetables, a thyme roast pigeon and strawberries "Mara wood" with white cheese foam and a delicious strawberry sorbet. If we can't finish the plate, the doggy bag doesn't pose any problems. The decoration is quite simple because the address has adopted a very contemporary bistro style. Inside, the kitchen is semi-open on the room so some lucky people will have the opportunity to admire the team in action.
