In the family of the neo-bistros, Le Square stands out by its bare decor, vintage wallpaper, kitsch paintings and piano that feel like friends in an old house of another age. This unlikely place was born from the encounter between Dienaba Ba, an old model converted into the restoration, and director Sébastien Jaudeau. Seasonal cuisine, elegant spirit and, behind the curtains, a hot touch especially for the evening map: Roasted potibrown, cute pork and red cabbage, swordfish tataki, quiche butternut, pavlova… And if you play the curious, you will learn that on the first floor, the house has a guest room, perfect if you want to have a full experience.
