Bistro with terrace in Paris preparing brasserie dishes, meats, a menu of salads and poultry.
With Julien, one more artist in the rue de la Roquette where you can sit at a table at any time of the day, which is an advantage. A bistro room and a nice little terrace. And the bistro plate as well? Yes, with a few variations to make it a little more original. Brasserie dishes, beef rib steak with grilled Charlotte potatoes, aligot sausage, fresh ravioli. We finish with a brioche of French toast caramel with salted butter. The menu also features a few salads such as l'Artiste's with a mix of salads, fried potatoes, gizzards from the "Manoir d'Alexandre", foie gras on toast, candied tomatoes, cucumber, tomato, walnuts and very copious Aveyron boards.

Brunch super bien fourni : sucré, salé, il y a un large choix et très varié pour les deux.
Absolument tout ce qu'on a goûté était très bon !
Oeufs brouillés, pancakes, viennoiseries, saumon fumé, cakes, tartes et gâteaux, pâtes et j'en passe !
A 25,50€, pas donné mais ce sont les prix d'un brunch dans Paris, et franchement il vaut clairement le coup !
Nous attendons impatiemment d'y retourner :)
