Restaurant with a vegetable garden offering at the table the harvested products for light plates of noble products.
It is the fourth address of Bertrand Auboyneau after his Bistrot Paul Bert, his Ecailler du Bistrot and his Cave Paul Bert. Two former of Noma, the Australian Beau Clugston and Swedish Emil Glaser, are now in binome in the kitchen. The restaurant has its own garden and the duo serves the harvested vegetables. At the lunchtime, they prepare light dishes with noble products to the perfumes of elsewhere such barbue with artichoke, with spinach and écume coques or sweetbreads, its cream of cauliflower and zaatar.. You can enjoy the original desserts. Only prices, too high compared to the servings, create some reservations.
