Parisian address offering a slate of homemade terrines and market cuisine with fresh products.
This is what we typically call a "neighborhood HQ", a very characterful place where clients come to take their cup of coffee and familiarize with the boss. The atmosphere is family, it's a happy mixture between regulars, people passing through and local hipsters. The decoration seems to be frozen in time: moleskin couches, old mirrors, ceramic floor and stucco. Presently very trendy. The chalk menu displays a few large plates of homemade terrines or Iberian charcuteries and of course the dishes of the moment. Market cuisine based on fresh products, among the choices are: Casssoulet-style duck hearts, stew of snails from Le Croisic, calf tongue stew, line-caught pollack with shells, a whole calf kidney, deglazed with balsamic, etc. A set of gourmet salads and boards to share is also offered to complement the glasses of wine.
