Since summer of 2015, Grégory Casal has been busily working in his kitchen to make first-rate dishes. The cuisine is always seasonal and follows the chef's mood, which explains why the menu changes every week! Fish, meat, vegetables, ingredients are processed with respect and skill. No sophistication in the headings, you are entitled to good earthly food, beautifully presented and assorted. Among other things: Pan-fried duck hearts with porto, back of cod and Jerusalem artichokes/ginger, and organic chanterclerc apple baked with salted butter, dough espuma, chantilly and coal meringue to end. The welcome is pleasant and the wine list more than delightful.
