Address in Paris elaborating reassuring dishes of grandmothers and tapas.

This address is the result of many influences. The setting has perfumes from Italy, the New York Bronx and seems to have been influenced by modern designers - those who love exotic lighting and bars with surrealist shapes. This affair is the result of the imagination of David Rougier, an expert in fork lift and cork, when he opened Le Coup d'oeil he decided to share his passion. At lunchtime, the plates are filled with reassuring dishes from our grandmothers like beef bourguignon or sausage purée, while on some evenings the tables move to welcome artists for live concerts. The kitchen, more frivolous, will be satisfied with handing out the tapas without defects.

+I edited my comment as the owner replied with a lie. We were nice and polite for an order, the owner was not very professional for wine recommendations although he said it’s a “wine bar”. He put the bill on our table right away after we cancelled the wine order which we didn’t get it after 30 minute because he was so busy to chat with other clients. I’ve never had this bad experience in my entire life. Please respect your clients and admit your mistake.

Worst service ever.. the server will kick you out if you don’t order wine as he claimed that it’s a “wine bar” and ordering lots of dishes is not good enough. By the way we DID order wine but we didn’t get it even after 30minute so we cancelled it then he put the bill on the table and kick us out. Although It’s said “Bistro” on your website, it seems it’s not okay to go to eat.

Intimist wine bar in Voltaire. The atmosphere makes you feel at home and the decoration is very nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a wide range of wines and cocktails and the open kitchen will help you see how they prepare the nice dishes.

Never take wine recommendations here.
He's gonna ask you two questions. Red wine, white wine, strong wine, light wine?
And he'll leave without explanation.
It's a wine bar, but there's no explanation or recommendation.
The knives smelled bad, the clams were full of sand.
If you see people waiting outside, instead of bringing the wine that you ordered, we see the bill to put me out... That's a funny way to kick customers out .

For information,I couldn't get any wine, but three people ordered five dishes. Are we such a bad customer that you can't understand? So u kick us out ? Did I ruin your business?

❗️Be careful because his excuse to me is false. I'm honest. We were very very polite and patient.
Trash on the floor was made after he was insulting to my friend.
If it happened to someone else, situation could have been worse.
Hey Mr David Rougier, be honest and respect your clients to get respect.
