Restaurant offering a friendly menu for a family cuisine with correct prices.
The duo at the helm of Les Tontons is not a bunch of gunslingers. On the contrary. They successfully play the card of conviviality, of a good time spent in their bistro - a canteen for regulars, obviously - with a decoration revised in 2021 (the spirit of the 20s has been modernised). On the menu, an unsophisticated, almost family-style cuisine at reasonable prices. On the day we visited, the meal could start with a green bean and tomato salad or poached eggs with gorgonzola cream. For the main courses, the choice was between stuffed gnocchi, shrimp and squid in a spicy sauce or a pan-fried ribeye. For the sweets, chocolate cake, mango cheesecake or crème caramel. Amazing!
