Restaurant with terrace offering simple but tempting dishes at moderate prices
As you don't change a winning recipe, you'll find at the Martin brasserie the hallmarks of the Nouvelle Garde, a structure that also includes the Bellanger (in the 10th arrondissement) and Dubillot (in the2nd arrondissement) brasseries: French products, moderate prices, beautiful terraces and simple dishes (with new ones added regularly), but tempting: egg mayo, leek vinaigrette, sausage and potato purée, Paris-Brest... With the added bonus of meats cooked on a spit at Martin. Really a good plan! The service is always young and friendly.
