Bistro-restaurant in Paris preparing an amazing cuisine, a red mullet, a foie gras and spinach very pleasant.
Located just next to the Cirque d'Hiver, this bistro, classified as a Historic Monument, was in the 18th century the haven of circus artists. The decor is really worth a look: full of colour, it lovingly recalls the best memories of our childhood. Mosaics, frescos, orange and yellow tiles, sad clown or grotesque clown displaying their faces on the painted ceiling fixed under glass, the place is unique in Paris. Sven Chartier and Ewen Lemoigne from Saturn Restaurant have taken up this neighbourhood legend. You can taste excellent wines before tasting an astonishingly varied cuisine: breaded bulbs, yes, they do exist and they are good. Red mullet, foie gras and spinach are just as curious but very pleasant in fine.
