Traditional French cuisine is savoured, depending on the chef's moods and seasonal products. The Mathieu family who is holding the place is from Aveyron, and it feels like a card enthusiast! The tender is of Salers or Aubrac, of excellent quality. The aligot is perfect. For the athletes who would read these few lines, the place also serves as a point of fall for supporters of Saint-Etienne in Paris.
