Small restaurant in the capital offering a short menu that varies according to the seasons.
With the Stamp in the 6 th, Time to Time is probably one of the smallest restaurants in the capital. Only 20 people often booked in advance to enjoy chef's cuisine, originating in the Basque Country, which offers a short card that varies according to the seasons. Among our favorite dishes: chestnut cream, crispy calf head, roast perdreast, roast with wood mushrooms, hake filets, butternut bowls, butternut square accompanied by salsifis, etc. But it would be a shame not to keep a small place for dessert, to the choice: sprinkled with orange-orange, amanine with pear and frozen milk, coffee and vanilla ice…

Generous, fresh and savoury cuisine - a real gem hidden in Paris ran by a passionate chef who’s doing everything from service to cooking. His passion of food transpires all through the atmosphere and you’re in for a treat. Locals were having their dinner here and we really had a great time!
