Small restaurant in the capital offering a short menu that varies according to the seasons.

With the Stamp in the 6 th, Time to Time is probably one of the smallest restaurants in the capital. Only 20 people often booked in advance to enjoy chef's cuisine, originating in the Basque Country, which offers a short card that varies according to the seasons. Super cuisine, ne vous attendez pas à un choix de fou mais des petits plats succulents. On ressent la passion de son métier du cuisinier qui ce soir la faisait aussi l'accueil et le service. Très serviable, il nous a vraiment régalé de l'entrée au dessert.
Évidemment les adeptes de la musique d'ambiance et cotillons seront déçus, nous ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchions....

Un petit restaurant de quartier comme on n'en fait plus. Denis concocte une cuisine de qualité avec des produits toujours frais et les prix restent raisonnables. Les vins sont choisis avec soin. Et l'accueil est toujours adorable. Allez- y les yeux fermés !
