Small restaurant in the capital offering a short menu that varies according to the seasons.
With the Stamp in the 6 th, Time to Time is probably one of the smallest restaurants in the capital. Only 20 people often booked in advance to enjoy chef's cuisine, originating in the Basque Country, which offers a short card that varies according to the seasons. Among our favorite dishes: chestnut cream, crispy calf head, roast perdreast, roast with wood mushrooms, hake filets, butternut bowls, butternut square accompanied by salsifis, etc. But it would be a shame not to keep a small place for dessert, to the choice: sprinkled with orange-orange, amanine with pear and frozen milk, coffee and vanilla ice…

This restaurant is a hidden gem, at some point it's going to get discovered and it'll be impossible to get a table, until then I'd strongly recommend you come here for an amazing meal, it was by far my favorite of any of the places we are during our month in Europe.
