Small restaurant in the capital offering a short menu that varies according to the seasons.

Only 20 people often booked in advance to enjoy chef's cuisine, originating in the Basque Country, which offers a short card that varies according to the seasons. Among our favorite dishes: chestnut cream, crispy calf head, roast perdreast, roast with wood mushrooms, hake filets, butternut bowls, butternut square accompanied by salsifis, etc. But it would be a shame not to keep a small place for dessert, to the choice: sprinkled with orange-orange, amanine with pear and frozen milk, coffee and vanilla ice…

cuisine délicieuse simple faite maison (plats frais).
