Address in Paris serving dishes of quality products, roasted pigeon, and pork.

Everyone in Paris loves this establishment, a real gem for bistronomy. Weathered by time, but still pleasant with its original look, Le Paul-Bert goes through the years without flinching. Here kindness is the key word. The boss, soul of the place, the prices which are not exorbitant offer quality food and wines with carefully selected great references that will catch your eyes. On the plate, everything is carefully prepared with quality products. Have you ever enjoyed the steak? If not, go with your eyes closed then. The same for the pigeon roasted with juice, bone marrow and French fries, pork chop with chestnuts, new potatoes and wood mushrooms. This restaurant has never disappointed us. Sometimes we do our best to look for the slightest fault, but we must admit that we don't find any and that this restaurant always meets the biggest expectations.

largement surestimé. pour touristes étrangers. l'ancienne réputation n'est plus d'actualité depuis très longtemps... déserté par les gastronomes du quartier.

I’d review one star if I could - poor booking service

Over rated. Better to go elsewhere. The balding waiter should go and work in a Bouillon where he might learn something about customer service. Quite definitely our worst experience in Paris.

Bistro Paul Bert lived up to all my expectations of a fine French bistro as an Australian travelling 17,000km to eat delicious French food. Scallops, unbelievable. Steak, to die for. Soufflé, chefs kiss. Thank you for a delicious culinary evening.

The service was wonderful and the food absolutely delicious. I had the onion soup to start, and it was the best onion soup in Paris- seriously! Then I had the steak and fries which was tender and perfectly cooked. Would 100 percent recommend.
