Patrons, mi-Basques, are a home made kitchen, both fresh and generous. Gourmands classiques, comme squid, jurancon gras, ou, and crayfish salad are included in the entrance. The dishes are rich and continue in the same vein, in the image of fresh pasta to sausage and mint, the duck magret to both apples or to the competition strip. The good meat is accompanied here by a glass of one of the bottles of wine from the south-west of the house. Afterwards, nothing extraordinary, unfortunately, since the desserts are classic without being as good as previous dishes, even if the gardener in rum and the black chocolate cuit eat with pleasure. The prices are tight but some dishes have supplements. The framework is that of a parisien Parisian bistro.
