Bistro in Paris offering lunch, dinner, a short market menu, and various dishes
If you like the vintage style, you'll love this address run by Audrey Jarry, formerly a sommelier at Spring, who brought Edward, the sous-chef who became the chef at hers. A whole mosaic facade, a traditional touch of tiles, zest floor, an age-old desk, and some old mirrors to embellish the whole place. A bistro like before. A little Nostalgia! The reception? Very caring, relaxed, and smiling, and a chef who manages a kitchen somewhat different between lunch and dinner, in the costs as in the tastes. A short menu composed according to the market, ready plates, and a crazy atmosphere. We loved the courgette flower and the fresh goat's cheese, lemon-balm flower and marjoram, spelt and honey, and the burbot liver fennel and almond. A neighbourhood zinc that is worth crossing Paris to come and slum it, but you should book for the first service, from 9.30 haphazardly.
