Second house in Paris offering tapas to share in the evening, a salad, vegetables and oyster tapioca.
A few metres from the Châteaubriand, Le Dauphin, the second house of Totorika Aizpitarte. The decor, all marble, caused a lot of ink. The casual side of the service also, but what matters to us is the kitchen. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes barbante, here is an address that makes waves. To sum up, we embrace and love or hate. We enjoyed salad and old gouda, mushroom velvety or oyster tapioca. As for the ice of ribot milk, beet and raspberries, it left us on the buttocks. Tapas in the evening sharing among friends… Small portions but signed by the great master of the places. On the other hand, it is hard to understand the enthusiasm of the servers for the wines they offer. Are they sincere when they say they are wonderful or just very good sellers? You can judge!
