Family-run hotel in the 11th arrondissement with rooms with double-glazed windows and some with balconies
A small family-run hotel in the heart of historical Paris in the 11 th arrondissement, a few minutes walk from the Place de la Bastille. It is located in a haussmann building dating back to 1898. The rooms are equipped with large windows with double glazing and some have wrought iron balconies. They all kept their time chimneys with large mirrors, which gives them a certain charm. The hotel also rents rue de la Roquette - always just steps from the Bastille - a furnished holiday apartment with 2 rooms.

- great location

- portes-fenêtres that really enhance the vibe
- beds are comfy and room is clean
- 24 hr staff on site
Cons:
- bar downstairs is loud at night
- the shower is going to get water all over the bathroom floor
- you get one towel for your entire stay
- the spiral stairs can be a lot after a long day of walking
After checking in and paying the next two times I entered the hotel I was informed that they had undercharged me and made me pay again, once for €43 and again for €3. I don’t believe I was overcharged but at that point they should’ve just let it go. Then while in the shower they knocked on my door to inform me that they had put me in the wrong room and asked me to move before returning again to say never mind and I was allowed to stay. They also require you to leave the key at the desk every time you leave and pick it up when you return. All that being said I would stay here again, good stay in a good location for your money.
En tout cas, ça a été un très bon séjour pour ma part. Le réceptionniste et ses collègues incroyable, les chambres nickel, franchement tout incroyable j’ai rien à dire de plus !!!!
