République is the meeting point for many Parisians, since it is quite "central". The difficult thing is to find a bar large enough to receive bands of friends in a neighborhood often crowded. Le Toucan, with its great capacity, works extremely well! The happy hour is very generous for a bar in the capital and you eat quite well there (croque-monsieur, pasta and salads are offered on the menu). A good address for reunions between friends.

N'accepte la CB qu'à partir d'un certain montant. Vous êtes donc gentiment invité à aller tirer des sous même à des heures tardives place de la république avec toute la population alcoolisée qui s'y trouve.
