Whether the barometer indicates a depression or an anticyclone, we will always be happy to try the delicious cocktails at the bar of the same name! Is it raining? We would take a Green Beast (absinthe, lime, cucumber). In the summer, before going to dance, you can let yourself be tempted by a Long Island Iced Tea (rum, vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, cane sugar, lemon juice and Coca-Cola). Nostalgia for holidays? We go on a Singapore Sing (red fruits, blackberry cream, gin and pineapple). In addition to its beautiful cocktail menu, Le Baromètre is one of the favorite places of Parisians to brunch, especially thanks to its wide variety of dishes. The first Sunday of the month, brunch is enjoyed with music!
