The 2016 spring saw a little wonder in terms of a cocktail bar. The Bluebird was born from the association of three master maîtres who passed through the famous Moonshiner: Italians Danilo Grenci and Pasa Omerasevic and Spanish Pedro Martinez. These experts "mixologistes" decided to put gin in the honor in some thirty original creations. There are also the classic and changing cocktails, to be enjoyed in a very 50 ' s California atmosphere. Please note that this bar is one of the few to have a smoking smoker.
