MÉNAGERIE DE VERRE
Referring to a work by Tennessee Williams, this space was created in 1983 in a former printing plant. The architect Pierre-Louis Faloci rehabilitated it by respecting the glass windows which shed a great light on the activities of this "research laboratory" open to theatre people, choreographers, performers, video designers, artists… there is a hall for performances and five rehearsal studios. Workshops and training courses in contemporary dance are offered in this world apart. Among the artists who were able to see at the Glass Menagerie include Claudia Triozi, Alain Buffard, Jérôme Bel, Emmanuelle Huynh, Raimund Hoghe, Rachid Ouramdane, Boris Charmatz, Nadia Lauro, Nicolas Floc'h, Daniel Larrieu, Francesca Lattuada… Take place in these places Les Inaccoutumés since 1995 and Strange cargo since 1997.
